Terms

PLACING YOUR ORDER 

Since all gowns and dresses are made to order, payment is due at the time the dress is  ordered. If payment is made in full, you, the customer will receive a full styling template  outlining suggested accessories, shoes makeup. However, we can split the costs in half for  your convenience; in this case, a 50% non-refundable deposit (total price of dress) is required,  and the remainder must be paid upon arrival of the dress, or late fees will accrue. Checks will  not be accepted at the pick-up of merchandise. Once we have placed the order, we will have  two fittings allowing you to make changes. After 2nd fitting, you are no longer allowed changes  as we will be too far along in production. 

SIZING & ALTERATIONS 

Please reference the size chart below. We suggest if you're between two sizes choose the  larger size. We are not responsible for any change in size that may occur after we have  measured you. CBTK Brand does not assume responsibility for third-party seamstresses or  cleaners.

DELIVERY 

Our dresses require at least 6-8 months from the order date to make. This time depends on  several factors such as fabric availability, length of the gown, detail of the gown, and more.  Therefore, lead times vary by dress. Once your gown has arrived, we will call you to schedule  an appointment to pick it up . If you paid a deposit instead of in full, the final payment is  due upon dress arrival

RETURN POLICY 

Due to the fact that our merchandise is made to order, there are no exchanges or refunds, or  transfers of deposits. All sales are final. Suppose the gown balance is delinquent past 30  days. In that case, we will add a $50 per month finance charge. If merchandise is left unclaimed  in the boutique past the wedding date on your customer profile, the merchandise becomes the  property of CBTK Brand, and any deposits or payments are forfeited. 

MISCELLANEOUS 

If in anyway wedding or event is canceled you are still responsible for full payment of your  merchandise. Dress information and instructions that will aid in the dress's resale will be given  to the customer upon pick up of the dress. We will also allow pictures of the dress to be taken  on our mannequins during this time for resale purposes if the event is canceled.
